The eagle is about waiting on the Lord. Patience is a fruit of the Spirit, the longsuffering of Galatians 5:22, and perseverance builds character (Romans 5:4). Character is what the clothes represent. So every time you put on the eagle, you keep rising, from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18) and from faith to faith (Romans 1:17). Those are the Levels.®
